A family-owned business spanning three generations, Albano Appliance has been around for over 70 years. The folks at Albano Appliance collaborate with everyone: architects, builders, designers and homeowners, focusing on crafting solutions that prioritize personalization rather than trends or stock recommendations.

With their expansive 8,000-square-foot showroom, you’ll find a combination of high-quality classics and innovative appliances for your indoor and outdoor kitchens. Plus, customers love Albano’s in-depth tutorials with resident chef Jehan S. deNoue, and everyone enjoys his cooking classes, which are open to the public (whether you’re buying a new appliance or not). deNoue also provides showroom and in-home guidance on appliance operation and functionality.

Beyond appliances and cooking classes, Albano Appliance proudly supports local charities and participates in town-wide events. Check out their biannual open houses, which showcase their cutting-edge appliances and feature delicious food.

Fun Facts

Albano Appliance has gone through a few name changes over the years. Founded in 1952, it began as Alfred Albano Electrical Service, named after its founder. In 1960, the next generation (Alfred’s two sons and son-in-law) changed the name to Albano Electric. And in 1997, when Fred Albano, Michael DiNapoli and Phil DeRoberts took over, they changed the name again to Albano Appliance.

Gia Miller is an award-winning journalist and the editor-in-chief/co-publisher of Connect to Northern Westchester. She has a magazine journalism degree (yes, that's a real thing) from the University of Georgia and has written for countless national publications, ranging from SELF to The Washington Post. Gia desperately wishes schools still taught grammar. Also, she wants everyone to know they can delete the word "that" from about 90% of their sentences, and there's no such thing as "first annual." When she's not running her media empire, Gia enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, laughing at her crazy dog and listening to a good podcast. She thanks multiple alarms, fermented grapes and her amazing husband for helping her get through each day. Her love languages are food and humor.
