Building a house is one thing, but making it a home is where Willow Furniture & Design (formerly Country Willow) really shines. For nearly three decades, Willow has helped Westchester residents personalize their interiors with the showroom’s high-quality furniture and on-site interior designers. We believe they say it best: “We are creative. We love our pets. We believe in sustainability. We love American-made. We respect each other. We value our customers. We support our community. We believe in equality. We are good listeners. We love what we do.” It’s why so many clients return, becoming part of the “Willow family.”

That same philosophy carries through when it comes to supporting the community. Willow holds annual charitable events for the Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry and Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation; plus, they recently participated in the Bedford Art Crawl and hosted an animal adoption event with Rock n’ Rescue.

Did you know?

In 1996, Country Willow opened an 1,100-square-foot shop on Katonah Avenue, selling furniture, antiques and home decor. They expanded to 77 Bedford Road two years later while keeping their “little store” on Katonah Ave. In 2007, they moved to their current Bedford Hills location and regularly expanded to the 30,000 square feet they have today. This past fall, they refreshed their showrooms and became Willow Furniture & Design.

Gia Miller is an award-winning journalist and the editor-in-chief/co-publisher of Connect to Northern Westchester. She has a magazine journalism degree (yes, that's a real thing) from the University of Georgia and has written for countless national publications, ranging from SELF to The Washington Post. Gia desperately wishes schools still taught grammar. Also, she wants everyone to know they can delete the word "that" from about 90% of their sentences, and there's no such thing as "first annual." When she's not running her media empire, Gia enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, laughing at her crazy dog and listening to a good podcast. She thanks multiple alarms, fermented grapes and her amazing husband for helping her get through each day. Her love languages are food and humor.
