More than 30 years ago, local churches and community groups came together to found CCNW, creating a place where neighbors experiencing food insecurity could find support and hope. Today, the Community Center works to improve the well-being and self-sufficiency of neighbors in need throughout Northern Westchester by providing equitable access to food, clothing, job skills classes, programs, and other vital resources all free of charge. We are committed to treating everyone who comes to us with dignity and respect, and to fostering broad community involvement and participation from residents and organizations alike. It takes over $300,000 each year to keep our shelves filled and ensure no neighbor goes hungry. Community donations of food and funds make that possible—keeping our pantry doors open to all who need our help.
