Provides and expands support for programs and services for victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault, elder abuse, and human trafficking in northern Westchester. Domestic violence has no bias and it takes a community to defeat. We are building a community that supports the victims that suffer through domestic abuse. It is a 37-minute drive to get from New Dawn to the White Plains City Court, where many of the closest services are provided. This can take 3 hours out of a victim’s day when many victims are pressured into accounting for all hours of the day. We have brought these services right to your doorstep. Nobody should have to go through the terror of domestic violence and Northern Westchester victims will not have to go through it alone on our account. We provide peer support groups, emergency funds to victims, food insecurity programs and referrals.
