Judy Chinitz, the founder of the Mouth to Hand Learning Center (M2H) in Mount Kisco, teaches nonspeaking people in our community to communicate by typing. She was inspired by her son, Alex, now 31, who is completing his freshman year of college and considering a double major in math and English literature. ????????

We spent time with Judy, Alex, and several of the M2H students for this video in 2023—and we promise, it will move you. It’s emotional, heartwarming and even surprisingly funny. These students are some of the sharpest, wittiest people we know, and we’re honored to share their words with you.

From rising stars to legendary headliners, the Pleasantville Music Festival hit every note and we were there to capture it all. ????

The Only Bay lit up the stage with a standout set led by 10-year-old guitar prodigy Bay (@the_only_bay), joined by Jack Medaglia and Jack Lopez. After a crowd-pleasing performance, the trio kept the energy going at an intimate afterparty at Lucy’s.

See electrifying headliner set by Robert Randolph (@robertrandolph) and a duet with country-pop star Jessica Lynn (@jessicalynnmusic), who wowed fans with a powerful set.

And of course, Dawes closed out the show with a massive finale that kept the entire crowd singing well into the night.
