We’re always chasing the last golden notes of summer—and for me, nothing captures that feeling quite like a perfectly ripe peach. Late-season peaches in New York are especially sweet, so why not toast the season’s end with a cocktail that’s just as memorable? Refreshing, flavorful, and full of summer’s warmth—this one’s made for savoring.

Ingredients

SERVES TWO.

3 oz. fresh peach juice

1 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. elderflower liqueur

4 oz. gin (I recommend The Botanist)

1-2 oz. of simple syrup (depending on the sweetness of the peach juice)

2 egg whites

A handful of ice

8-12 drops ANGOSTURA® bitters

Directions

Chill your cocktail glasses.

In a shaker, combine all ingredients except the bitters and shake vigorously for one minute. Carefully release any built-up pressure from the shaker. Add ice and shake again for 30 seconds.

Strain into the chilled glasses, then top each with 4–6 drops of ANGOSTURA® bitters. Serve immediately.
