When were you founded?

We were founded in 1991.

What’s your mission?

CCNW’s mission is to improve the well-being and self-sufficiency of neighbors in need as community-based organization serving over 3,000 food insecure Northern

Westchester households annually. CCNW helps families move toward long-term stability by offering food, clothing and an array of personalized services free of charge. We connect individuals with additional resources to overcome their unique needs, such as legal help, navigation of social services, and access to healthcare; ensure children have essentials like school supplies, prom attire, and warm winter coats; and offer workforce development programs that build skills, confidence, and pathways to better employment. We remain deeply grateful for the amazing support of our community, without which our work would not be possible!
