A lot of planning, collaboration, and continued education goes on behind the scenes to personalize treatments and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Attention to detail—especially when it comes to the overall client experience, not just the treatment itself.

What’s one item you always have on hand?

Nutritional supplements, healthy snacks, and our spa puppies—a.k.a. emotional support dogs.

We’re genuinely invested in our clients. We listen, remember what matters to them, and always put their needs first.

What was your “I made it” moment?

When clients sincerely thank us for their progress and the results they’ve achieved—it never gets old.

Bobo’s, Katonah Cantina, DeCicco & Sons, and Majestic Hudson’s crystal shop. Each became a favorite because of the community feel and consistency—you always feel welcomed.

Becoming a golf pro.

My father used to tell me, put your plan in writing, stick to it, and don’t forget where you came from.

With the team—whether that’s a meal together, a moment of reflection, or simply celebrating how far we’ve come.

Unique, indulgent, calming.

Anything with Tibetan bowls / Rain / Ocean blends-nice and calming, Michael Buble’s “Feeling Good”

“Can I move in?” (We take it as the highest compliment.)

Care deeply. Treat intentionally.

Pure excitement and confidence—no matter which service they came in for.

What’s something your business does differently than anyone else?

We give clients a place to truly pause, reset, and feel cared for—physically and emotionally.

What’s the smallest detail your customers notice (or that you hope they notice)?

The decor, the calming scents, the atmosphere in every room—but most of all, how much we genuinely care.

What’s the one thing your business couldn’t function without?

Coffee… and Wi-Fi (in that order).

“Wow, it’s so pretty in here—I can’t believe this is in Somers.”

Consistent, positive habits—daily setup, thoughtful follow-ups, and staying connected with our clients.

“Amazing.” And yes, we’re proud of that.
