Ščiadrouki: Christmas Caroling from Belarus
Ss Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church will host Ščiadrouki on Saturday, January 10, at 12 noon in the parish church at 705 Shenandoah Avenue, Peekskill.
This Belarusian program of caroling and drama, which includes a star, a goat and a bear, links the Christmas story with folkoric elements reaching back into the pre-Christian history of Belarus.
