What is the first thing you do when you open for the day? 

We turn on the ovens at 2 a.m.

What’s something you’ve gotten better at every year? 

We are trying to be better every year at anticipating our customers needs, and also streamlining production processes and systems to make the holidays easier.

What’s something you do that seems small but makes a huge difference? 

Being on time.

What was your “I made it” moment? 

When Martha Stewart called. It was a thrill, and continues to be an honor every time she comes by or orders. She’s great!

What northern Westchester business do you secretly (or not so secretly) love? 

Right now, I am loving Las Mañanitas of Brewster. We had our staff party there and they were so very nice and accomodating!

If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing instead? 

Sleeping in? Reading? Traveling?
