Describe your business in three words.

Lively. Enchanting. Versatile.

What’s your dream customer reaction?

The acknowledgement of the expansion of the business.  We started as a small orchard and farm store. Now we are much larger, and doing so many more things than just apple picking in the fall. We host a ton of events all year round, as well as rent out our space for private events.

What’s something your business does differently than anyone else?

All of our Hardscrabble Ciders are made, canned and packaged on the property.

What’s the one thing your business couldn’t function without?

Our general manager.

What’s one thing people often say when they first walk in?

“Wow, look at this place!”

What’s the unsung hero of your business?

A golf cart or John Deere Gator.

What’s a word or phrase customers often use to describe your business—and do you agree?

“I love this place”—for all the reasons people love us; yes, I do agree.  We are a family place that offers things to do for the locals. We have great food, great products and great events.

What is your most popular item/service?

By far our apple cider donuts.
