What’s one thing your customers don’t know you do behind the scenes?
Turn down tons of products. We are extremely picky in our selection and only carry products that reflect our high standards. That means denying a lot of products a place on our shelves.
What was your “I made it” moment?
The first day we opened our doors to the public. It took us two years to get our license and open our store, so when that day finally came we almost couldn’t believe it.
How do you celebrate a big win?
By enjoying some product from Purple Plains, obviously!
What’s the funniest customer request you’ve ever received?
Somebody tried to return half a jar of weed because it gave them the munchies.
What’s something your business does differently than anyone else?
We care deeply about our customer service. If you have been in other dispensaries you know how their customer service typically is—long lines, a bunch of screens and nobody to answer your questions or walk you through the selection process. We always make sure to offer help to every one of our customers and truly want to support them in finding the best products for them.
What’s the one thing your business couldn’t function without?
Our incredible staff!
What’s one thing people often say when they first walk in?
“It smells good in here!”
What is your most popular item/service?
Our number one selling product is the WYLD Boysenberry sleep gummies. But, our top selling category is flower!
