We spend most of our time brewing and packaging beer for the northeast markets.

 Most steps walked.

What’s something you’ve gotten better at every year?

Hosting large scale events.

Roasted almonds.

What’s something you do that seems small but makes a huge difference?

Nothing is small; it all takes work, and it all matters.

What was your “I made it” moment?

When we sold our first keg, it felt like the earth shook, and that was 20 years ago.

Tell us about your favorite local spot.

The Blazer Pub—close to home, my kids love the food, and they sell a ton of our beer.

What northern Westchester business do you secretly (or not so secretly) love?

The Capitol Theater—so nice to not have to go into NYC for a great concert!

What’s the best advice you ever received?

Don’t rest on what you have accomplished, what you accomplish next is more important.

How do you celebrate a big win?

With a beer.

If your business had a theme song, what would it be?

Anything by the Grateful Dead because that is what is playing in my head all day.

What’s the funniest customer request you’ve ever received?

To donate beer to a “save the bat’s fundraiser.”

What’s your business’s unofficial motto?

Beer makes people happy.

What’s your dream customer reaction?

A smile after tasting our beer or seeing our beer hall.

What’s something your business does differently than anyone else?

We offer a space for everyone from families with kids to hardcore beer lovers.

What’s the smallest detail your customers notice—or that you hope they notice?

We have great bathrooms.

 Our dedicated team members.

“You make all the beer here?”

What’s the unsung hero of your business?

The keg cleaner and filler—it just keeps on filling!

Welcoming—I do agree, we try our hardest to make everyone happy when they visit.

We will have been brewing in Westchester, NY, for 20 years this January! It’s been a crazy ride.
