Bright, citrusy and refreshingly crisp, this easy-drinking cocktail is made for the end of a beautiful summer day. With the vibrant hues of a sunset and just the right balance of tart grapefruit, bittersweet Aperol and smooth vodka, it’s equally at home on the porch, beside the pool or after a round of golf. Best of all, it’s refreshing without being overly sweet.
