Several times a year, Katonah Classic Stage presents a Broadway-caliber performance in our very own backyard. This non-profit professional theater explores all of the classic writers, from Shakespeare to other master dramatists, and they “strive for a transformative experience, through empathy and imagination, by offering exceptional, collaborative, diverse, and professional productions of classical and contemporary plays with a core commitment to Shakespeare and other master dramatists.” Founded by actor Trent Dawson, who serves as the artistic director, and his wife Sharron Kearney, the executive director, Katonah Classic Stage helps bring the community together and has become a destination theater experience in Westchester.
