Herbal Apothecary: Supporting Digestion & Lymph Flow

D.I.G. Farm

Join herbalists Shoshanna Rome and Livia Fleming for an engaging and interactive introduction to herbalism. As spring awakens, so does our body’s need for renewal! Join us for a hands-on class exploring herbs that support digestion and lymphatic flow, helping you transition into the season with vitality. We'll discuss how early spring greens—like dandelion, chickweed, and cleavers—can kickstart digestion, support detoxification, and nourish the lymphatic system. Learn how to incorporate these powerful plants into your daily routine and embrace the season’s natural energy of renewal!

The course covers various body systems, will teach you how to integrate herbs into your daily life and how to make herbal preparations and body care products for daily care and common ailments. We will be delighted to walk beside you while you begin your herbal journey, and to support you in getting the most out of your experience! Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your connection with plants, this class offers a welcoming space to cultivate your herbal wisdom. REGISTRATION LINK

We end our day with a tasting of wild herbal infusions!
