Foraged Basketry: Round Bottom Baskets

Nature is the best source of craft material that can beautify and enhance our lives and homes. In this class basketmaker Maxwell Sechzer will lead the group in making a round wall hanging basket. Basketmakers will learn how to identify and harvest the correct vines, prepare them, and finally weave them into their baskets. You will leave class with the ability to go into your own neighborhoods (or even yards) and create finer and larger baskets right away.
